Viktoria Davis, OD

Dr. Viktoria Davis is a 1999 graduate with honors of Pacific University College of Optometry.

Viktoria’s start into optometry is rather unique, in the respect that she did both a cold-start and an acquisition. Viktoria was hired to start a satellite practice cold in 1999, in Madelia, MN. In 2003, Viktoria purchased the office she started.

Dr. Davis is passionate about providing world class care. In 2009 Viktoria engaged The Power Practice to help her build an amazing practice serving a rural community while meeting her priorities of putting her family first, as Dr. Davis sees work as the means to enjoying life.

Viktoria’s strengths in practice and when she works with clients are her listening and communication skills, educating and sharing knowledge with staff and patients, along with her ability to empower and delegate to staff. She believes that any practice’s staff members are among their most valuable resources and educating and training staff is imperative.

To Dr. Davis, information is the key to goal attainment. Obtaining and understanding information and performance measures, such as financial, customer, process or employee measures will help to improve results and guide practice owner’s problem solving and decision-making skills.

Viktoria believes that your practice location does not limit your possibilities. You can have a truly awesome practice anywhere.

When Viktoria is not with patients, she is never far from optometry. She is a frequent contributor to several optometric journals and magazines.

Dr. Davis, her husband Steve, and her two children enjoy classical music (including a family string quartet, 14 Eyes on 16 strings) and ballet. Dr. Davis has danced in over 100 performances of The Nutcracker.
