With over forty years of experience in optometric and ophthalmology practices, Lisa possesses knowledge in business consulting and strategic development. As Director of Operations at Clarus Vision, she developed solutions that supported independent optometry practices by enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.

As a consultant, she uses her industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to assist businesses in addressing challenges, improving operations, and achieving growth objectives. She has experience in driving sales and profits and expertise in setting up and managing business operations.

In her role within the optical business, she directed activities, analyzed and improved organizational processes, and focused on quality, productivity, and efficiency. She managed operations including design, planning, control, performance improvement, and strategy. Additionally, she handled aspects of retail eye care such as purchasing, sales, customer service, advertising, and promotions. She recruited, trained, and managed staff, ensured policy compliance, negotiated with laboratories and vendors, planned marketing initiatives, coordinated inventory and merchandising, and organized events such as trunk shows and social media promotions.
