Paul Ferraro

Paul entered the optometric industry in 1983 working for a major manufacturer of contact lenses and lens care products.

During his 40+ year career, Paul held various sales, account management, and leadership positions. He has worked with thousands of private and corporate optometric practitioners across America.

After 14 years with The Power Practice, where he most recently held the position of Executive Vice President, Paul announced his retirement at the end of 2023.

However, we are happy to share that we have retained Paul as a Special Independent Business Consultant for The Power Practice.

In this role, Paul will work with The Power Practice team on special projects, corporate strategies and the development of business opportunities with our industry partners.
