Christine Favata

Christine started her career working for NCR in the Fortune 500 company division building long-term relationships with companies and providing technology solutions for various divisions within each company. She then joined a major contact lens manufacturer in 1990 as an account manager using her ability for forming relationships and providing results working closely with optometric, ophthalmological and retail practices to increase sales, market share growth, and assist in implementing practice management tools. She also provided education and execution of patient compliance and retention strategies to doctors and staff, as well as marketing and advertising plans for various practices. During her tenure, she also has held positions of field trainer and assistant district manager continuing to use her love of helping to advance other team members and new personnel to reach their potential.

She joined Power Practice in 2017 as a business management coach and after a hiatus is happy to be reunited with PP in the same role. She is looks forward to creating long lasting relationships with clients and helping each one achieve their dreams.

Christine resides in New Jersey with two kids, two dogs and a hubby. She loves spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, playing various card games, bunco and mahjong with friends, or boating and jet skiing on Lake Hopatcong.
